Some pros of the Makita DCS34 are its high power to weight ratio; its low level of noise; its double air filtration system; the way it works very well in cold weather; and the fact that it is easy to maintain. it is rather light, too, with a weight of only 8.2 pounds. The Makita DCS34 does have its cons as well, though; it is not “carb- compliant,” so if you live in California, where there are emission control laws, then unfortunately this item cannot be shipped to your address.
